Just want to reccomend this lovely dish with salmon, from the blog Marias Salt&Søtt. I made it this evening, and it was really tasty! I served the fish with mashed potatoes, and boiled some garlic with the potatoes - gives a really nice flavour to it!

It was even approved by someone who doesn't really like fish; He said the topping nicely camouflaged the taste of fish...
