Todays food-tip is lunch or a snack with apple, nuts (almonds or hazelnuts are particularly good with this), yoghurt(naturell), cinnamon and a bit of marcipan (if you like it). Mix everything and enjoy!! Vitamins and energy in a tastefull blend.
